We offer regular yoga classes from Monday to Saturday and the timings of the class schedules are given below. All the classes are taught under the watchful guidance of Dr. Guneet Monga Bhargava and her team a of well experienced and qualified yoga masters.

Regular Yoga Classes

Regular Group Yoga classes are conducted daily, in the morning and at evening. Students are given individual attention and tailor-made yoga sequences, which are taught based on their respective goals and needs. With regular practice you can enjoy Increased flexibility and strength can help prevent the causes of some types of aches and pains.

This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, Asanas, Pranayamas Mudras, Bandhas, Kriyas and relaxation techniques are taught in this class.

Yoga Therapy Classes

Yoga Therapy Classes are conducted with individual attention. Individual attention is given to the students and tailor made yoga sequence are taught according to their ailments and goals that they would like to achieve through the yoga practice. Whether you practice yoga for weight loss, asthma, diabetes or just general health this class Is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners from first timers to advanced yoga practitioners.
